Coalitions help communities solve problems
Most communities are facing many challenges from feeding the hungry, to affordable housing and childcare, and the threat of losing their healthcare and their local hospital closing.
For people who’ve been paying attention, the ability to address these challenges can be daunting. People who engage in working on solutions often feel overwhelmed and they can either burn out or check out. However, the people who learn how to build a coalition to address their community’s challenges are able to identify and implement solutions more efficiently and effectively.
Offering a Common Sense Coalition workshop can create the opportunity to start building relationships that can result in solving problems in the community. Common Sense Coalition workshops can be offered multiple times because each one is unique based on who shows up to participate. Each workshop adds more people to the network of relationships in the community who can work together to solve your community’s problems.
